Delete an Offer Campaign

To keep your Loyalty instance uncluttered, the best practice recommendation is to delete unneeded or test Offer Campaigns. The deletion process is permanent and irrevocable; you can’t later restore a deleted Offer Campaign.

To delete an Offer Campaign:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Campaigns from the side navigation menu. The Offer Campaigns screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired Offer Campaign (see Search for an Offer Campaign for more information on the available search options). The Offer Campaign Details screen is displayed, with the Objective tab selected by default.

  3. Within the header area of the screen, click the Edit icon. The Edit <Offer Campaign Name> pop-up window is displayed.

  1. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
